    Not at all. I work with clients at every fitness level. During your initial consultation, I assess your current abilities and design a program that meets you where you are, ensuring safety and steady improvement.

  • Can the programs accommodate injuries or mobility limitations?

    Yes. I regularly collaborate with clients managing past injuries or specific mobility concerns. I’ll adjust exercises, incorporate corrective movements, and coordinate with healthcare professionals if needed.

  • Are the programs customized?

    Yes. I evaluate your current fitness level, discuss your goals, and craft a flexible roadmap that evolves as you progress, covering everything from workouts and nutrition guidelines to recovery protocols.

  • Am I going to work directly with Baris?

    Yes. All of your check-ins and questions will be replied from me.

  • I don't know where to begin with exercise, will this help?

    Not only will you get a personalized workout plan, whether it’s for your local gym or your home setup, but you’ll also have access to detailed tutorial videos for every exercise I assign. You’ll be able to send me your own training clips as well, so I can review your form and give you direct, personalized feedback whenever needed.

  • What happens once I've signed up?

    You’ll receive a welcome email that walks you through the next steps. In short, you’ll be invited to join the coaching app and fill out a quick consultation form, which gives me everything I need to build your personalized program. I usually have it ready within five working days, and once that’s done, we’ll get you started right away.
